Sari Baird

Sari has extensive executive and governance experience in the for-purpose sector, built on a career as a corporate lawyer in legal services and as a General Counsel. She feels fortunate to have been able to combine her professional expertise with her passion for social justice and a fairer world in executive roles with The Fred Hollows Foundation, where Sari is Head of Governance, Oxfam Australia, Justice Connect and the Australian Conservation Foundation. 

Sari is admitted as a barrister and solicitor and holds a Master of Laws and Bachelor of Arts and Law from the University of Melbourne. She feels fortunate to have served as a board member with regional arts and cultural organisations and on committees contributing to the legal services sector. Sari is currently a board Director with the Australian Charity Law Association of Australia and New Zealand and has recently been appointed to the Ballarat Community Health board.
