Ronan Fenton

Ronan is a Director of Intrinsic Partners, a boutique corporate advisory firm based in Melbourne. Ronan has over 15 years experience in investment banking and corporate finance, executing advisory and capital raising transactions for a range of clients, across a broad range of sectors, including numerous cross -border acquisitions for both public and private companies and private equity firms. Prior to Intrinsic Partners, Ronan worked at Macquarie Capital. Ronan also spent 3 years at KPMG, where he provided tax advice and compliance services to large public, private and government organisations.

Ronan also chairs the Board of social enterprise Vanguard Laundry, which provides employment opportunities and training to those with a lived experience of disadvantage in its c.$6m annual revenue commercial laundry operations.

Ronan holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Tasmania.
